My least favorite day

20 years now.
It's much, much better than it got in the first few years after.
We've got things to look forward to.
We're doing OK.
That radioactive, smoking, crater of what was our life is now well behind us.
The scars are what's important. It's the fact I'm here to have them.
But, I'm still sad...

Very sorry mate, time passes and is full of the things that you did do but also empty of the things you never got to do. Thinking of you both
